Use dating discovery carefully and respectfully
NammaChat dating discovery is for adults aged 18 and above. It is intended to help users discover compatible profiles and start private conversations only when the platform rules allow it.
Mutual likes and private chat
A like does not guarantee a conversation. Mutual interest can create a match, and matched users can choose whether to begin a private chat.
Protect your contact details
Do not quickly share phone numbers, WhatsApp, Telegram, payment details, home address, or social accounts. Keep early conversations inside the app where report and block tools exist.
Watch for unsafe behaviour
Report pressure, threats, money requests, suspicious links, fake photos, harassment, explicit content involving minors, or attempts to move you to another platform too quickly.
Block when needed
If a user behaves badly or makes you uncomfortable, block the account and report the issue with details so admins can review it.
Text-only discovery
NammaChat does not support photo, video, image, or file sharing in chat. Discovery should be based on written profile information and respectful conversation. Do not ask users to send private media on another platform, and do not continue with anyone who pressures you to do so.
Watch for money requests
Be careful if someone quickly asks for recharge money, travel money, medical money, gifts, investment help, or paid companionship. Do not send money to a person you only know through chat. Romance and friendship scams often begin with friendly messages and become urgent financial requests later.
Consent matters in every conversation
A like, match, or reply is not permission for harassment. If someone stops replying, says no, or asks you to stop, respect that boundary. Repeated messages, sexual pressure, insults, or threats can lead to reports and account restrictions.
Meet carefully if you choose to meet offline
NammaChat cannot verify every user’s offline identity or intentions. If adults choose to meet outside the app, they should choose a public place, tell a trusted person, arrange their own transport, avoid sharing home addresses, and leave immediately if anything feels wrong.
Use block and report tools early
You do not need to wait until a situation becomes serious. Blocking is appropriate when a user makes you uncomfortable. Reporting is appropriate when behaviour may harm you or others, including scams, threats, impersonation, exploitation, or child safety concerns.
